An 8 year old boy ruptures his anterior cruciate ligament in sports. MRI demonstrates the lesion. He is treated conservatively with a brace. At the age of 14, MRI shows an anatomic healing of the anterior cruciate ligament. He has no more subjective nor objective instability.
